I object to the proposed rezoning of the Redcourt site in Clontarf from Z2 to Z1. It is not appropriate to rezone the site because the planning that has been granted is the subject of a Judicial Review which is ongoing since February 2022 and is still active. The High Court reference is JR 2022-157."
A developer should not be rewarded for allowing a building of architectural value to be destroyed by fire and then clearing the site without planning permission.
