Policy CUO25 - Reuse of Vacant Space (pg. 448) The City Arts Office in partnership with the Planning Dept. continue its role as broker between owners of unused premises encouraging the uptake of such spaces for artistic and cultural purposes for both short term and longer term use.(pg.448) KIN welcome this initiative and suggest such a use for Inchicore Library Building, Emmet Road. |
