Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, that Dublin City Council, being the Planning Authority for Dublin City, has made the following Variation of the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022:

The Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022 has been varied by changing the zoning of lands at Jamestown Road and St Margaret’s Road / McKee Avenue, Finglas, Dublin 11 and by the designation of the lands as a new Strategic Development and Regeneration Area.
From: Zoning Objective Z6 – To provide for the creation and protection of enterprise and facilitate opportunities for employment creations
To: Zoning Objective Z14 – To seek the social, economic and physical development and/or rejuvenation of an area with mixed use, of which residential and “Z6” would be the predominant uses
Text has been added to a new Section at 15.1.1; and a new Figure 38A in relation to the designation of the area as a Strategic Development and Regeneration Area
